Pierced Steel Plank (PSP)
Rapid runway surfacing for military operations
Pierced Steel Planks (PSP) are perforated steel plates used by armed forces worldwide for the rapid construction of runways, temporary roads and operational platforms on unsecured or soft ground.
The perforated structure reduces weight while maintaining strength and load-bearing capacity. The interlocking edge profiles allow fast assembly and disassembly without tools — essential in operational conditions.

Perforated Road Plate (Bodenblech)
Temporary and permanent surfacing of unsecured terrain
Perforated road plates (Bodenblech) are used for the rapid surfacing of unpaved roads, sites and logistics zones — temporarily or permanently. The plates can be driven on by heavy military equipment and are easy to install and remove without foundation work.
The perforated structure reduces weight, improves drainage and provides grip on wet or soft ground. Available in galvanized steel (S 355 MC) for maximum corrosion resistance, or in aluminium (EN AW-5754) for lightweight deployment.
The modular design makes expansion, reuse and transport easy — ideal for forward operating bases, depots, helideck platforms and logistics hubs.
